Floor & Bar Support – Harry & Fritz (Downtown Pittsburgh) Opening 2026 – Now Hiring

Harry & Fritz is a new, independently owned restaurant opening in downtown Pittsburgh in 2026. The energy of a great dining experience depends on the people working behind the scenes to keep everything moving. We are seeking motivated and team-oriented individuals to join our opening crew in a hybrid Floor & Bar Support role — part busser, part bar back, part food runner — all essential.

About the Role

This is a fast-moving, high-impact position at the heart of our front-of-house operation. You'll work fluidly across the dining room and bar, keeping tables turned, service stations stocked, and food and drinks moving from kitchen and bar to guests. No two moments of your shift will look the same, and that's exactly the point.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a busser, bar back, food runner, or in any restaurant support role preferred, but not required
• A sense of urgency and pride in keeping things moving
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across multiple teams
• Physical stamina for a full shift on your feet — carrying, lifting, and moving with purpose
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly to support a smooth dining room flow
• Assist bartenders by restocking beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, and garnishes throughout service
• Run food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, bar area, and service stations throughout the shift
• Restock linens, silverware, and FOH supplies as needed
• Support servers and bartenders wherever the floor needs you most
